Careers and Pathways
The school has a Careers counsellor who assists year 10 students with work experience placements as well as assists students in year 11 and 12 with subject selection and post school options
Managed
Individual Pathways (MIPS) program employs a teacher and a youth
worker who work individually with every student in years 10, 11 and
12. They assist the students to develop an extensive MIPs plan
for their senior years at school and their intended pathway beyond.
All careers counselling staff work closely with the year 10,11 and 12 coordinators to ensure students are pursuing a pathway which is suited to their future goals and their current skills and interests.
The Careers counsellors operate from our career centre which provides access to an extensive range of resources for students
